El Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival 2007. El concierto fue grabado el 28 de julio de 2007 en el Toyota Park de Bridgeview, Illinois Este acto de un solo día sirvió para recaudar fondos para Crossroads Centre Antigua, una clínica de rehabilitación de drogadictos y alcohólicos fundada por Eric Clapton. Se retransmitió íntegramente por Internet. Más tarde se editaron oficialmente los mejores momentos en DVD. Eric Clapton tocó junto a varios artistas, y hubo muchas colaboraciones puntuales durante el espectáculo.
