Motivo
El festival fue organizado por Eric Clapton para recaudar fondos para el Crossroads Centre Antigua, una clínica de rehabilitación de drogas y alcohol fundada por él.
Eventos Destacados:
Guitar Center Village: Se abrió el 4 de junio en el Fair Park, donde hubo una exhibición de guitarras vintage, clínicas de guitarra, y una subasta de guitarras.
Conciertos: Durante los tres días, hubo presentaciones en vivo en tres escenarios, clases de guitarra, y sesiones de preguntas y respuestas.
Colaboraciones Especiales:
Hubo colaboraciones memorables, como la de Eric Clapton y Carlos Santana interpretando "Jingo".
El festival fue un éxito rotundo y se convirtió en un evento anual, con ediciones posteriores en 2007, 2010, 2013 y más.
